| When this photo was taken there were fewer than 10 people living in Cooke City. Some years there were as few as 3 hearty souls staying the winter. Jack Williams mentions a "winter when only myself, Mrs Solderholm, Nick Babiluk, a cat and a dog made it through the winter." |
